Equipment Rental Agreement

They accept financial responsibility for any loss or damage, release the business from liability for injuries or accidents, and confirm they understand and accept all safety and rental policies outlined in the full agreement.
Liability Waiver
By signing the Liability Waiver, customers acknowledge the inherent risks of participating in water activities like kayaking, tubing, and using floating equipment. They agree to assume full responsibility for their own safety and that of any minors in their group, and they release the rental company from any claims of injury, property damage, or loss resulting from participation. The waiver confirms that participants are voluntarily engaging in these activities and agree to follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided.
